Queens County Black Nurses Association

Queens County Black Nurses Association

The Queens County Black Nurses Association (QCBNA) is a chapter of the National Black Nurses Association (NBNA). This chapter is devoted to improving the quality of health care for Black Americans and other minorities in the United States. Our purpose as nurses is to investigate, define, and determine the health needs of minorities, then implement changes in the health care system to promote greater accessibility, quality and equality in delivery of health care. This is done through Health Fairs, Research Day Forums, Mentoring and Scholarships to student nurses.
