Licensed Practical Nurse New

Job Title: LPN/LVN

Location: Flushing, NY 11355

Pay Range: $27.00/hr to $33.00/hr

Shift: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Duration: 3 Months

Scope of Role & Responsibilities:

• Monitor patients throughout their treatment.
• Perform routine checks of patients' vital signs.
• Ensure that patients take their medication.
• Assist doctors and registered nurses.
• Liaise with patients' families.

Skills Required:

• 2 years of experience required.
• Procedure heavy urology practice.
• Knowledge in Principles of infection control, performance improvements, delegation (required).
• EPIC EMR exp.
• Phlebotomy & urology exp.
• Procedure exp - catheter changes, injections.

Education, Certificates & Licenses Required:

• Graduate from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program (required).
• NYS LPN license (required).
• AHA BLS (required)
